Everyday Mindfulness & Mindful Hand Movements

Some suggestions for everyday mindfulness practices followed by a guided mindful hand movements practice. The movements follow the recommended guidance for hand washing during the Covid-19 pandemic. The movements are slowed down and take around 5 mins. Later they can be done over 20-30 secs, if you choose to wash your hands with mindful awareness.
